Ross McKnight, a Ferguson College of Agriculture graduate, is the President of RoMac Oil Company and Chairman of Olney BancShares of Texas. Alongside his wife, Billie, a Spears School of Business graduate, Ross has been a dedicated supporter of Oklahoma State University for many years. They chaired the highly successful Branding Success comprehensive campaign, which raised $1.2 billion for OSU. They also founded the prestigious McKnight Scholars Leadership program, aimed at attracting students from beyond Oklahoma to OSU, nurturing their leadership abilities and providing scholarship aid. Additionally, the McKnights were pivotal in establishing The McKnight Center for the Performing Arts, endowing it to ensure world-class entertainment at OSU. Their philanthropy extends to various OSU athletic programs as well, including football, basketball and golf, as well as scholarships. Ross is an honorary member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, and both Billie and Ross serve on The McKnight Center board. During his time as a student at OSU, Ross was active in student government, Blue Key honor society and the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Billie was involved in student organizations including the Spears School of Business Student Council, Mortar Board and Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. The couple reside in Throckmorton, Texas.
