Why do I give to OSU?  Sharing whatever I have whether it’s money, expertise in the classroom, or just information with anyone who is part of OSU or who wants to be part of OSU just comes with the territory.  I would not be where I am today if it had not been for the generosity of my parents, scholarship donors in my undergraduate studies, symphony patrons, the US Army and the GI Bill, and a handful of influential teachers who helped shape my life.  If my dollars can make even a small difference for a student who will pass this spirit on, I consider the money a great investment!  The overriding feeling that I’ve gotten in my two short years here at OSU is:  we at OSU are proud of what we are and what we have the potential to become.  Who wouldn’t want to support such a positive attitude?
