Program Support

Our goal: $100 million

Some of OSU’s most promising programs are those that transcend traditional disciplinary boundaries. Donors to Branding Success can help multiply the knowledge crossroads where leaders and learners share ideas. Transformative programs like the Doel Reed Center for the Arts, the Riata Center for Entrepreneurship, and Homecoming can catapult OSU to the national spotlight in terms of creativity, advancement and collaboration.

Program Giving Opportunities

  • The Bellmon Endowment - endowment honoring the legacy of Senator Henry Bellmon to strengthen OSU’s ability to produce nationally recognized scholars such as Fullbright, Truman and Udall.
  • Study Abroad – supports OSU’s bold initiative to provide every OSU student access to an international experience.
  • Doel Reed Center for the Arts - Through the vision and generosity of Martha Reed, the daughter of Doel Reed, OSU’s first professor of art who established OSU’s Department of Art and reached international acclaim as an artist and printmaker, the university has acquired the family property in Taos to serve as a world-renown center for the arts for students, faculty and academics studying in a variety of mediums. Additional funds will support an arts acquisition fund, a property endowment, student scholarship and internships, facility improvements, and an artists-in-residence program.
  • Diversity – aims at securing funding for Distinguished Scholars Program, Scholar Leaders of Tomorrow Program, Emerging Scholars Program, Institutional Diversity Ambassadors Program and diversity scholarships.
  • Homecoming – Endowing “America’s Greatest Homecoming Celebration” will allows us to support a time-honored tradition and national treasure and also empower our alumni to perpetually support the event that is all about the OSU family and preserving their traditions. It will ensure that rising costs do not diminish our annual ceremonies.
  • Honor’s College – provides many opportunities and challenges for outstanding undergraduate students including interdisciplinary honors courses, topical honors seminars and special honors projects enabling students to enhance their learning experience.
  • Entrepreneurship – OSU’s highly acclaimed entrepreneurship program seeks to support the development of a vibrant culture of entrepreneurship in Oklahoma and to create a nationally visible program that also impacts the field of entrepreneurship internationally
