Kirkpatrick Foundation Continues Support For OSU With $30K Gift
To Benefit Veterinary Students

Oklahoma State University (OSU) Foundation officials announced today a $30,000 gift received from The Kirkpatrick Foundation to benefit students in the college of Veterinary Health Sciences.
The gift will support an internship program designed to provide students studying veterinary medicine hands-on training opportunities in primary and tertiary care of domestic, wildlife and exotic animal species.
“We are delighted that the Kirkpatrick Foundation has chosen to help our Veterinary Medicine program uphold the standard of excellence so evident in its programs,” said Kirk Jewell, Oklahoma State University Foundation CEO and president. “Support like this helps our programs capitalize on strengths and discover new areas in which to excel.”
The Kirkpatrick Foundation has a long history of giving to OSU, investing nearly $700,000 in various programs that align with its mission. The Kirkpatrick Foundation provides and leverages resources to support systemic change in how the arts, arts and cultural education, animal concerns and the environment are valued in Oklahoma.
The Oklahoma State University Foundation serves as the private fundraising organization for OSU, as designated by the OSU Regents. Its mission is to unite donor and university passions and priorities to achieve excellence.
