Tuition Freedom Week (TFW) takes place March 2nd - 6th to help raise awareness about the essential role donors serve in supporting Oklahoma State University.

On average, the university's tuition and fees will run out midway through the Spring semester.  That's when state and private funding step in to help cover the costs needed for a student to fulfill a full academic year. Without your support, we couldn't keep the lights on at Oklahoma State University.

Tuition Freedom Week has two primary objectives:

1. Provide a narrative to students about the value and impact of philanthropy at Oklahoma State University.

2. Help students show their appreciation to loyal OSU donors.

Schedule of Events

All throughout the week members of the OSU Student Foundation will be on campus educating students about the impact private and state funding has on scholarships, faculty, facilities and programs. They will also be helping the student body to actively participate in thanking our donors for all that they do to support OSU.  Below is a schedule of events taking place each day of Tuition Freedom Week.
1. **MONDAY, March 2nd**
Students will kick off the week's events by writing thank you notes ot continuous scholarship donors. Participants will be entered for a chance to win a prize!2. **TUESDAY, March 3rd**
Gift tags will be put on privately funded facilities signed "FROM: DONORS, TO: OSU STUDENTS." Take your photo in front of these tags and post it to social media with #OSUTFW & #IHeartDonors.3. **WEDNESDAY, March 4th**
Chairs will be placed on the Engineering South Lawn for each chair and professorship established through private support. OSU Faculty holding these positions will all wear buttons during Tuition Freedom Week to showcase they have been supported by donors.4. **THURSDAY, March 5th**
The OSU Student Foundation will host an OSU donor panel in the Anne Greenwood Reading Room in Edmon Low Library starting at 5 p.m.  Hear directly from donors about their passion for OSU and why they choose to support those passions.5. **FRIDAY, March 6th**
Show your love for donors using #OSUTFW & #IHeartDonors on Twitter and Instagram, and you could win a prize from the OSU Student Foundation. All day we'll be sharing your posts and pictures about what it means to have support from our donors who remain loyal and true to our alma mater, O-S-U!
