Wisly Douyon believes in aiming high. The Port-au-Prince, Haiti, native is a Fulbright Scholar earning a master’s degree in economics. Eventually, he wants to get his doctorate, build a foundation in Haiti for homeless children and become governor of Haiti’s Central Bank – the equivalent of America’s Chairman of the Federal Reserve.
